Who handles the data

André Sousa, independent consultant and trainer, in Portugal. For any question about your data: info@andredesousa.pt.

“I’ll call you”

When you ask me to call you, I receive your phone number, your name (if you give it), the time you prefer and the page you sent the request from. I use this data only to call you back, at your request. I do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for that purpose.

Where it is kept

The request goes through Cloudflare, which hosts this website and protects it from abuse: it checks that the request comes from a person (Cloudflare Turnstile) and forwards it, without storing its content, to a private personal server. There the record is deleted automatically after 14 days. The server also sends me a notice by email and to my calendar (Google). Cloudflare handles the technical connection data under the Cloudflare privacy policy.

“Book a call”

The calendar is provided by Cal.com, an external service. The data you enter there (name, email and, if you choose, phone) is handled by Cal.com under the Cal.com privacy policy, and reaches me so I can prepare the call.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising cookies and no analytics. Cloudflare, which hosts the website and protects it from abuse, may store a technical security cookie (cf_clearance) in your browser, used only to tell people apart from automated programs and strictly necessary. The website also stores your theme choice (light or dark). The Cal.com calendar is only loaded if you open it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@andredesousa.pt. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (cnpd.pt).
